Celebrity chef demos with Tony Singh, Julie Lin, Rosemary Shrager and Matt Tebbutt, live music, the Scottish Oyster Shucking Championships, amazing food & drink, family fun, and, of course, a huge oyster bar with our sensational native oysters, freshly landed from beautiful Loch Ryan.

Our full 2026 programme is now live, with events across the Kitchen Marquee, Speakers' Marquee, Entertainment Marquee, Children's Marquee and Stranraer Harbour. If you will need overnight accommodation, we recommend booking this as soon as possible.
